Order Notifications:


You can automatically be notified about the status of a particular Prime Line order! Once you receive an acknowledgement of your order, you can set your preferences. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Find the order in question with our Order Search tool in Distributor Services.
  2. Check the order’s status (far right column of search results). If it isn’t “Closed” you can be notified of changes.
  3. Click its Order Number (far left column).
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Order Detail page.
  5. Choose the e-mail address you want use for notifications.
  6. Chose the frequency of notifications (Daily, hourly, twice hourly, or only if the status changes.)
  7. If you choose, you may enter an alternate e-mail address, pager, or cell phone (for text messages).
  8. If you chose an alternate notification, you should set its notification frequency.
  9. Click the Save button.

Starting immediately, you will begin receiving notifications for that specific Prime Line order with the frequency you chose.
