| Lab Testing More than ever, companies are inquiring about the safety and environmental impact of promotional products. Do recycled plastics contain lead? What about PVC? Which products are covered under Consumer Protection Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines? Does the FDA regulate coolers and drinkware? Does the Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive in Europe and California apply to promotional products?
Prime has Answers Recently we've added a Safety and Regulatory Compliance specialist to our QC team to ensure the highest levels of safety.
Lab Test Reports Prime requires lab certification from our overseas factories to document the composition of each product. But we don’t stop there. When the goods arrive at our U.S. factory, as part of our quality inspection we select samples for further testing in our own on-site lab; newly equipped with state-of-the-art Fluorescent X-Ray Spectography technology which tests for the presence of hazardous elements such as lead, cadmium and mercury.
Peace of Mind The Prime Line®safety program is comprehensive. For critical orders which may require more extensive certification, Prime offers an optional service: to individually lab test the pieces in your actual order just prior to shipment from our factory.

| Prime Line® Receives QCA Certification Prime Line® is one of the founding members of the QCA and has received full certification by the Quality Certification Alliance (QCA). To achieve this certification, Prime had to successfully complete many thresholds, including a comprehensive review of our quality processes, a four day audit of our headquarters and similar audits of several of our factories in China. Prime is only one of a handful of suppliers who have achieved this important certification. As always, we strive to provide our distributors with promotional products that are safe and compliant. |
