• Complete order and art must be received by 1:00 PM EST or
it will be considered as received the next business day for both standard
and rush service.
• Production time begins after proof approval if requested
and resolution of all outstanding order issues, including standard credit
checks.
• Production time will be longer if the number of
color/positions exceed the standard for each item. Four-color process
offset, embroidery, deboss, or any other special production may require
additional time.
• Orders not specifying method of shipment will be shipped
by ground service. If quicker method is required, airfreight must be
authorized. Allow extra time for orders in excess of catalog quantities.

Co-Op Charges
Co-op programs are extended End Quantity Pricing (EQP) providing at least the minimum quantity is ordered for each release. A one-time set-up charge applies per color/position, plus any art charges for each item will apply. Each order will incur a $15 release charge for dealer copy, otherwise $10 per release. All other charges as per the standard catalog pricing. A copy of the catalog in which you are featuring a Prime Line item must be submitted to our factory. All co-op purchase orders must clearly state "CO-OP Program" with Prime Line quote number (assigned when catalog is submitted).

Product Testing
Lab Analysis (X-Ray Spectography) of individual orders prior to shipment from our factory. $125 (G) per order. Includes first piece tested. $5 (G) for each additional piece tested. Specify number of pieces you wish tested. Specify if lab report and certification should be included with your shipment or mailed to separate address. Full report will be submitted.

Acceptable Media:
Macintosh®-formatted diskette; Zip 100 or 200; or CD-ROM. Acceptable MAC compression files include SIT or SEA (StuffIt®) or HBX (BinHex). PC files can be compressed with WinZip®.
Artwork will be sized as large as possible or at designer’s discretion for visual appeal unless specified. Imprint
Imprint art must be in an acceptable digital format.

Four-Color Process
Printing (CMYK):
Quark XPress® and Photoshop® files may only be used for four-color process offset printing. All support files including graphics, placed images, and Macintosh® fonts must be provided. CMYK Film Specifications: 100% actual size, right reading, positive films, emulsion up, 65-85 line screen, 600 dpi. Screen angles: Cyan at 15 degrees, Magenta at 75 degrees, Yellow at 0 degrees, Black at 45 degrees.

Information }
Billing Terms: Net 30 days for credit-established distributors only. Distributors on pre-payment and new accounts without established credit must provide a check or VISA/MasterCard or Discover with the following information: Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiration Date, 3-digit Card Security Code (located on the back of card) and Billing Address. Production time will not begin until credit is approved.
Catalog Substitutions:
We reserve the right to substitute at any time, products of comparable price and styling for those shown on this website or in our printed catalogs. Color of items may appear different from this website or the printed catalog(s). If color is critical, request a sample. The information presented on this website supercedes any printed catalog for pricing, specifications and options. Please refer to primeline.com prior to placing an order. Listing an

Over/Underruns: We reserve the right to
ship 5 - 7% over or under the quantity ordered and bill accordingly. If
exact quantity is requested, please specify on order.
Returns: Our Quality Assurance Department must be notified of any quality issued regarding merchandise or imprint within 15 business days of receipt of order. All returned merchadise must include an RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued by our Quality Assurance Department or the shipment will be refused. The RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of every carton returned. No return freight will be allowed without prior authorization. Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Terms: Method of Shipping/Liability: Best way F.O.B. factory in Connecticut. Excess weight via truck. Factory cannot be responsible for delays or damages en route. All claims should be promptly filed by purchaser with the carrier at the time of delivery. Air shipments must be requested for specific delivery dates. Since the factory has no control after shipment has been turned over to the freight carrier, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping weights and packaging quantities specified in our printed catalogs and on this website are approximate and subject to change based on current rates. Insurance cost based on the total value of your shipment is added.

Prime Line Expressly States That Prime Line's Products Are Not Children's Toys And Are Not Intended For Use By Children. Prime Line's Products Are Intended For Promotional Purposes Only. Standard PMS colors available at no additional charge. PMS match on non-white items and Stress Balls cannot be guaranteed. Standard Silk Screened Colors (Black and White available but not shown): Colors shown in the catalog and on primeline.com are only for your reference.
