Instructions To Use Images or Text from Primeline.com
Many of our distributors have asked us how they can get images or text from our website. The following instructions will explain this process to you.

Browse through our website until you find the image or text you are seeking then follow the instructions below.


Images:
Note: This process will only give you low-resolution images. They are not appropriate for high-resolution printing. It is best to use these images for viewing on your computer, putting on your own website, or inserting into administrative documents.

1. Right-click the image you wish to use
2. At this point you can choose to either print the image, save the image, or copy the image


Print:
1. After right clicking the image, left click "Print Target”
2. The image will be sent to your printer. (Note: some printers may have an option window open for printer settings. This will only occur if it is part of the normal printing process of your computer)


Save:
This option would be used if you want to store the image on your hard drive for future use. This would be the ideal option if you will be using the image more than once.

1. After right clicking the image, move the mouse pointer over the "Save Picture As" option
2. The "Save Picture As" dialog box appears. Choose the destination directory and choose a file name


Copy:
Copying the image will allow you to paste it to another document.

1. After right clicking the image, left click "Copy”
2. Now, open the destination application and document (Example: Minimize the internet program, then open the appropriate word processing or presentation program from your desktop)
3. When the document has opened, move the mouse pointer to the desired location of the image and left click once so your cursor appears
4. Then, move to the "Edit" menu and choose "Paste”
5. The image is pasted in your document


Example:
You are preparing a PowerPoint presentation for one of your clients. One of the products you are suggesting he use in his promotion is a School Bus Stress Reliever. Since you would like to incorporate a picture of this item into your presentation, you are going to retrieve the image from the internet. You would follow the steps to copy an image. Your actions would be:

1. Log on to primeline.com
2. Search the site for the School Bus Stress Reliever
3. When located, right-click the image
4. Left-click "Copy”
5. Open your Powerpoint presentation
6. Find the area in the presentation where you would like to insert the image
7. Click on this area so your cursor appears
8. Then go to the "Edit" menu and click "Paste”


Text:
Follow these steps to use text from a primeline.com web page.

1. Go to primeline.com and find the text you would like to copy
2. Place the mouse pointer at the beginning of the text you would like to copy
3. Left-click and drag to the end of the section you would like to copy. Note: the text you would like to copy should be highlighted during this process
4. Right-click the text
5. At this point you can choose to copy, or print the text


Copy:
This will temporarily store the text on the computers clipboard

1. After right clicking the text, left click "Copy”
2. Now, open the destination application and document (Example: minimize the internet program, then open the appropriate word processing or presentation program from your desktop)
3. When the document has opened, move the mouse pointer to the desired location of the image and left click once so your cursor appears
4. Then, move to the "Edit" menu and choose "Paste”


Select All:
This option will select everything on the page. This can be used instead of highlighting if you wish to copy or print all of the contents on a page.

Print:
This will send the selected text to the printer

1. After right clicking the text, left-click "Print”
2. The text will be sent to your printer (Note: some printers may have an option window open for printer settings, this will only occur if it is part of the normal printing process of your computer)


Example:
There is a product description on the website that you would like to use in a letter to a client. This description is long, so you do not want to print it out and re-type it. You will use the "copy" option and insert the text into your letter automatically. For this example we will say you are writing your letter in Microsoft Word format.

1. Find the text on the website and drag to select the text
2. Once the entire description is highlighted, right-click the selection
3. Left-click "Copy”
4. Open your MS Word document
5. Click the section of the document where the new text is to be pasted. This will make the cursor appear where the text will be inserted
6. Go to "Edit" menu and click "Paste”
