Prime Resources Corporation Supports SAAGNY and Promotions East

BRIDGEPORT, CT – March 29, 2005 – As a long standing member of SAAGNY (Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York) and in support of all regional associations, Prime Resources Corporation, a Top 25 Supplier, has elected for at least this year not to exhibit at the recently announced ASI show in Philadelphia. Bob Lederer, Chairman of Prime Resources Corp., has said “that while Prime is a great supporter and believer in ASI, we believe the Promotions East show satisfies the industry’s needs in the region and do not wish to further contribute towards splintering the industry.”

Prime’s presence at industry shows is unparalleled, and we hope to see all distributors at Promotions East on June 7 and 8 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Prime Resources recognizes the need and value of regional associations and all of their members.  Though going to the ASI show in Philadelphia can potentially benefit Prime, we felt it important to use this opportunity to show our support for SAAGNY and all regional associations.
