Prime Resources Host VIP Celebration to Dedicate New Offices

BRIDGEPORT, CT – June 25, 2004 – Prime Resources Chairman Bob Lederer hosted a wine and cheese reception on Friday, June 25 th to celebrate the opening of Prime’s newly renovated headquarters building in Bridgeport. In addition to Prime employees, VIP guests included Bridgeport’s Mayor John Fabrizi and his wife Mary. 

Jerry Russo, Prime’s V.P. of Operations thanked everyone at Prime who made the renovations possible with special thanks to Michael Bruder, Prime’s Facility Manager and Garry Tuttle, I.S. Director. Bruder and Tuttle, together with their respective staff members, put in countless hours coordinating the efforts of several subcontractors needed to complete the project on-time. Russo said, “The new office space is a big improvement in the overall working environment for our employees. The state-of-the-art, open floor plan is more comfortable and efficient to work in, and provides an improved work flow which will have a positive impact on further improving our service to Distributors.” Russo also thanked those employees working in other areas of the facility, which were renovated two years ago, for providing space and hospitality to accommodate their team members during the four month project. Prime’s fully air conditioned facility has now expanded to a total of 150,000 square feet, 50,000 of which is office space while the remaining footage is dedicated to the warehouse and manufacturing.
