BRIDGEPORT, CT – April 1, 2004 – Prime Resources Corporation, a Counselor Top 25 Supplier, announced today that it launched its online order status tool for its customers on its web site, www.primeworld.com. Their site has earned the PPAI Gold Supplier Web Award for the past three years and the silver award the prior year.

Any registered distributor can track its Prime Line orders on Prime’s web site, www.primeworld.com. The online tool provides a simple interface to search for an in-process order by the order number, customer’s PO number, item number, or customer number. The search results display all orders meeting the search criteria. Any particular order can be selected to display its current order status in Prime’s system and it’ll show all order details.

Don Hobbs, Prime’s marketing project manager explained, “Most of the incoming calls we receive from our customers are questions about order status. In an effort to provide that information 24/7 we set up an online reporting system.”

Hobbs continued, “We want to help distributors to maximize their selling time and minimize their administrative time. So now, we can automatically notify our customers of order status so they won’t have to spend any time following up themselves. These notifications are done by e-mail, pager, or text messaging to a cell phone. And very soon, our web site will provide tracking numbers for shipped orders.”

Any Prime Line customer can register to use this service. Registration is done online at www.primeworld.com and takes about 2 minutes to complete. Registration will allow customers to login at any time to use the new order status system along with gaining access to self promotion specials, contact information, order forms, and other valuable tools.
