BRIDGEPORT, CT – May 5, 2003– Prime Resources Corporation,
a Counselor Top 25 Supplier, now has some sales tools for Spanish-only
speaking customers. Starting with a limited number of items including
Media File-based sell sheets and its 2nd Quarter Specials brochure,
Prime Line translated the content into Spanish. In addition, Prime’s
newly launched and redesigned web site has content that briefly
explains in Spanish who Prime Line is, what they do and points customers
to collateral materials in pdf format. Distributors can then provide
their customers Spanish content either by directing them to Prime’s
web site or by e-mailing materials in pdf format. Prime also has
a number of Customer Service reps who are fluent in Spanish, to
provide seamless service.
According to Rob Curtis, Prime’s Director of Marketing, “We
know we have distributors targeting the expanding Hispanic market
in the U.S. and would find it helpful to offer their customers some
sales materials written in their native language. The service is
still limited, but we’re happy that we can provide at least
a little help to distributors that have Spanish-only speaking customers.
It’s a logical first step.”
