Prime Selected as Inc. Magazine Inner City 100 Winner!

BRIDGEPORT, CT - March 18, 2002- Prime Resources Corporation, a Counselor Top 25 Supplier, for the second consecutive year, has been selected as one of the winners of the I.C.I.C./Inc. Magazine Inner City 100 which honors the fastest growing inner-city companies in the nation over the last five years. Over 4,200 companies were nominated.

The honor was bestowed upon Prime by nominating teams including the U.S. Conference of Mayors, the New America Alliance, The National Association of Manufacturers, the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition -- Wall Street Project, the Council of Growing Companies, and the Center for Women's Business Research, among others.

Awards will be presented on April 24th in Boston. It is the culmination of a year-long effort to shine a national spotlight on inner-city companies and the entrepreneurial energy they represent.
