Prime Resources Corp. Provides
Foreign Distributor Pricing
Back
BRIDGEPORT, CT - July 31, 2001-
Prime Resources Corporation, a Counselor Top 25 Supplier,
announced it now provides online product pricing for
its distributors in three partner countries. These
include Mexico, Canada and Australia.
Prime's Web site, primeworld.com
now lists-for every product-pricing in Canadian, Australian
and Mexican funds. Jeff Lederer, Prime's VP of Business
Development explained, "This helps our distributors
in those countries to determine their suggested selling
price for each product. It also helps their customers
to know their suggested buying price."
This pricing is automatically calculated
using an average conversion rate for each of the included
countries. This rate does not fluctuate with the market
but does include average costs for duty, customs and
freight. The conversion rate is adjusted as needed
bi-annually.
Lederer further elaborated, "Our
foreign customers wanted to be able to send their
customers to primeworld.com just as our American distributors
do. Their hesitation was that we posted only American
pricing which can be quite different than the prices
they charge their customers. We needed to improve
our services to them. Now that this service is live,
we get many visits each month from customers outside
US borders."
Primeworld.com earned PPAI's Silver
Supplier Web Award for its design, navigation and
content. Prime Resources Corporation strives to provide
the best service and product offering in the industry
and is "Your Global Source for Products That Promote."
