All Prime products carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Batteries and finish are excluded. Imprinted products returned to Prime under the guarantee may be replaced with an unimprinted product if the original cannot be repaired. If the product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a similar one of equal or greater value.
